DPRK state media reported on 9 November that the country will conduct an interaction in Ulan Bator, Mongolia, on 15 and 16 November. The DPRK-Japan talks follow up interactions held in Beijing from 29-31 August. According to KCNA the two governments “will hold talks in Ulan Bator of Mongolia on November 15 and 16 under the mutual agreement reached in the wake of the contacts between section chiefs of foreign ministries of the two countries in August 2012” and “discuss issues for the improvement of the bilateral relations.”
