DPRK state media reported on 31 August (Friday) that the Ministry of People’s Security [MPS] held a grand opening for a railway extension running from the Taedonggang Combined Fruit Farm, located in Samso’k District (Samso’k-kuyo’k)) in northeast Pyongyang. Attending the ceremony were officials of the MPS, its subordinate agency the Korean People’s Internal Security Forces, unnamed Korean Workers’ Party [KWP] and DPRK Government officials, construction personnel and factory employees.
